Founded in 2005 by Roland Varichon, Jean-Charles Valentin and Olivier Varichon, OAXA Ltd is a French company, that designs, manufactures and sells 5 axis CNC automatized production machines for the fabrication of acetate eyewear frames. These machines are programmed with our 5th generation proprietary Lona CAD-CAM software.
OAXA-MicroLab Corporation is the subsidiary company of OAXA Ltd. installed in New York, Statten Island.
With OAXA-MicroLab’s CNC machines, eyewear brand can run their own production Fab' in house. Or eyewear retailers can start their own manufacturing lab and manufacture high quality and customlied eyewear frames. OAXA-MicroLab operates out of a 4,000 square feet manufacturing facility in Statten Island, the design of machines and the software are OAXA's, manufacturing is outsourced (100% locally) and we make the assembly, the wiring, calibration, tests and trainings at our Statten Island premise. Our clients include elite brands like Maison Bonnet, Morel Eyewear, Jacques Durand and Lindberg and we have sold over 160 CNC machines to date in countries such as France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Denmark, Poland, Canada, USA, Brazil.
